DataGroup Qazaqstan - IT-школа в Астане, резидент Astana Hub. 1150+ выпускников, 25+ корпоративных клиентов, 7 направлений обучения. Растём и собираем сильную команду продаж.

Ищем Junior Sales Manager, который будет работать с заявками от людей, желающих сменить профессию и войти в IT. Задача - помочь кандидату выбрать программу и довести до старта обучения.

Что делать:

  • обрабатывать заявки (WhatsApp, звонки, заявки с сайта)
  • консультировать по программам обучения, выявлять цель и подбирать направление
  • вести кандидата по воронке от первого касания до оплаты
  • фиксировать работу в CRM (Bitrix24)

Что ждём:

  • грамотная речь, умение слушать и располагать к себе
  • желание разобраться в продукте и расти в продажах
  • ответственность и самодисциплина
  • опыт не обязателен - научим всему
