Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role (General Director / Country Manager)
• Strong knowledge of the business environment in Tajikistan
• Experience working with government bodies and regulators
• Strategic mindset with strong leadership skills
• Languages: Tajik and Russian (fluent), English (advanced)
