We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Manager (General & Travel Services Coordination) to support and manage business travel operations, administrative services, and office facilities management. This role will ensure efficient coordination of travel arrangements, vendor relations, and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support employees and guests with business travel arrangements
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of travel policies and procedures
  • Arrange hotel bookings both within Kazakhstan and internationally
  • Coordinate employee travel-related services, including testing requirements when applicable
  • Manage cost-effective procurement of travel-related services in accordance with company policies
  • Initiate and process payments for travel expenses (tickets, accommodation, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure high-quality services at optimal costs
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements
  • Oversee office safety, security, and maintenance in compliance with standards and regulations
  • Control and monitor departmental objectives and travel-related activities
  • Ensure proper documentation, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
  • Coordinate transportation requests, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Department Director
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, International Relations, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency, airline industry, administrative services, or related field
  • Professional certifications (IATA, Amadeus) are an advantage
  • Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
