Position Objective
Execute quality control, safety, and security monitoring at field/operations level; ensure compliance
with procedures and minimize operational risks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Control & Compliance
• Inspect adherence to operational procedures at field sites
• Record errors, violations, and report via system
• Support consolidation of service quality data
2. Safety & Security
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations for drivers/operational staff
• Record and report safety incidents and emerging risks
• Support incident handling under supervisor guidance
3. Reporting & Improvement
• Consolidate reports on violations, incidents, and service quality
• Propose field-level process improvements
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, QA/QC, or safety (prefer logistics/transportation)
• Strong discipline and observation mindset
• Willing to work in field operations
