We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement and Contact Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and maintaining effective communication with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, RFQs, bid evaluation, and purchase orders
• Identify and evaluate suppliers for materials, equipment, and services related to tank installation
• Maintain and update a centralized database of vendors and contacts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and project partners
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and construction teams to align procurement schedules with project timelines
• Track orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure timely execution
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, communications, and procurement activities
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delays or quality
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction or industrial projects
• Experience working on tank installation, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects is a strong advantage
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and procurement/ERP systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Knowledge of international procurement standards and contract management
