Role Overview
We’re looking for a remote Sales Representative who can confidently handle inbound leads, guide customers through their move, and convert conversations into booked jobs. This is a consultative role, not pushy sales. You’ll be asking the right questions, understanding customer needs, and positioning our service as the clear, reliable choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries from potential customers
• Build quick rapport and lead structured conversations to understand move details
• Create accurate quotes based on inventory, logistics, and customer needs
• Clearly explain pricing, services, and next steps
• Follow up with leads in a timely, strategic way (calls, SMS, email)
• Keep CRM updated with detailed and organized notes
• Coordinate with operations when needed to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain a high conversion rate while delivering a great customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills with the ability to sound natural, confident, and clear
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with little to no noticeable accent
• Ability to think on your feet and handle different types of customers
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with systems/CRMs
• Self-motivated and reliable in a fully remote environment
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Earnings Structure

• Base Pay: Starts at $850/month
• Commission: Earn a percentage of every closed deal (uncapped)
• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for hitting and exceeding booking targets
• Incentives: Additional rewards for consistency, high close rates, and strong customer experience

Earning Potential

• Entry-level earnings start with base + commissions
• With consistent performance, total monthly income can easily exceed $2,000–$3,000+
• No cap on earnings — the more you close, the more you make
