Описание

Automated Communication Solutions Ltd. — молодая быстрорастущая IТ-компания, специализирующаяся на повышении эффективности коммуникаций с клиентами с помощью AI-технологий.

Мы помогаем бизнесам создавать и автоматизировать клиентский путь с использованием искусственного интеллекта, повышаем конверсию и сокращаем расходы.

Находимся в поиске специалиста для одного из проектов большого холдинга.
Наш проект — динамично развивающийся бренд, ориентированный на энергичных и амбициозных людей.

Задачи:

  • Мониторинг финансовых транзакций на наличие фрод-активности;
  • Создание и управление процессами KYC, включая верификацию пользователей и проверку документации;
  • Разработка и обновление политики безопасности для предотвращения мошенничества;
  • Проведение внутренних аудитов безопасности и подготовка отчётов по инцидентам безопасности;
  • Организация обучения сотрудников по актуальным угрозам безопасности и соответствующим требованиям KYC/AML.

Опыт:

  • Опыт работы на аналогичной должности от 2 лет в области безопасности, с акцентом на финансовый мониторинг и KYC/AML;
  • Опыт работы с системами мониторинга транзакций, антифрод-системами и платёжными системами;
  • Опыт в подготовке документации по безопасности и внутренним процессам.

Необходимые навыки:

  • Знание английского языка не ниже уровня В1;
  • Навык генерации задач;
  • Навык проведения KYC/KYB проверок;
  • Экспертиза в вопросах налогообложения и др. юридические вопросы.

Технические навыки:

  • Знание и опыт работы с системами мониторинга транзакций (например, Actimize, SAS, или других);
  • Владение инструментами для создания отчетности и аналитики безопасности;
  • Знание стандартов безопасности в финансовых и платёжных системах (PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001);
  • Опыт работы с платформами для верификации пользователей и их идентификации;
  • Опыт интеграции и настройки антифрод-систем и защиты данных.

Что будет плюсом:

  • Высшее образование в области информационной безопасности, права, финансов или смежных дисциплин;
  • Дополнительное образование или сертификаты в области KYC/AML или антифрода;
  • Знания и опыт работы в индустрии игорного бизнеса (iGaming / Gambling).

Условия:

  • График: 9:00–18:00 / 10:00–19:00 - по договоренности;
  • Режим: офис / гибрид - по договоренности;
  • Длительность испытательного срока 1 месяц;
  • Город: Алматы.
