Supply Chain Manager

Описание

Ищем специалиста, который возьмет на себя управление всей цепочкой поставок — от размещения заказа до доставки и таможенной очистки.

Обязанности:

  • Полная координация заказов: от заявки до поставки
  • Размещение заказов у поставщиков, работа с вендорскими системами (квоты)
  • Контроль статусов заказов и сроков поставки, решение задержек
  • Расчет фрахта (all-in), консультация внутренних заказчиков
  • Взаимодействие с экспедиторами и координация поставок
  • Подготовка и проверка отгрузочных и товаросопроводительных документов
  • Формирование shipping instructions (SI)
  • Участие в таможенном оформлении, работа с корректировкой таможенной стоимости
  • Подача заявок на страхование грузов
  • Работа в 1С (приходы, доп.расходы, перемещения, отчеты)
  • Контроль актуальности данных и подготовка отчетности
  • Участие в оптимизации логистических процессов

Требования:

  • Опыт в логистике / ВЭД от 2–3 лет
  • Знание полного цикла международных поставок
  • Уверенное знание Incoterms (2010/2020)
  • Опыт работы с таможенной документацией и ТНД
  • Практика взаимодействия с экспедиторами
  • Знания английского и китайского языка будут плюсом
  • Русский / казахский — обязательно,
  • Уверенный пользователь 1С, Excel

  • График 5/2 (08:00–17:00 / 09:00–18:00)
  • ДМС или фитнес после испытательного срока
