EZ Solutions is looking for a Key Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives, event requirements, and expectations, and developing long-term partnerships;
• Lead client communication throughout the full project lifecycle, from brief collection and proposal development to project delivery and post-event reporting;
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in close collaboration with internal teams and leadership, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency standards;
• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of corporate events, including conferences, forums, trainings, symposiums, and other business events in accordance with client requests;
• Manage external vendors and service providers, including venue partners, production teams, trainers, interpreters, caterers, and logistics suppliers, ensuring the best balance of quality, service, and cost;
• Lead negotiations with vendors and partners on commercial terms, service scope, pricing, and contractual documentation;
• Oversee project budgeting and cost control, ensuring that all project costs accurately reflect the approved scope of work and agreed client budgets;
• Coordinate event logistics and operational delivery, including venue setup, travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, equipment, catering, and other event support services;
• Monitor the quality and timely delivery of all third-party services, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted event execution;
• Prepare project reports, client presentations, and post-event performance summaries in English and Russian;
• Manage all project documentation and internal administrative workflows, including closing documentation with the finance/accounting department;
• Travel as required across Kazakhstan and Central Asia in line with project and client needs.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor to assure smooth operation of EZ Solutions Agency.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or other related areas
• At least 5 years of previous experience in related areas
• Work experience in US/Western European companies is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Fluent English
• Fluent Kazakh is a plus
