Job Title: Creative Designer - 2D/3D & Motion (Remote)

We’re looking for a Creative Designer with a curious mind, a can-do attitude, and a love for trying new things. You don’t need to know everything — what matters most is being open to learning and excited to grow with us. This role is perfect for someone who’s comfortable moving between illustration, 3D, and motion design, and thrives on turning concepts into eye-catching visuals that connect with audiences across multiple touchpoints.

What You’ll Be Working On:

●     Turn ideas into compelling visuals that align with brand goals and speak to our Audience.

●     Design assets (2D/3D graphics, motion graphics) across various platforms (mobile in-app, social media, digital ads, print, events, etc.) based on project Needs.

●     Collaborate with marketing, product, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into visual designs.

●     Work with the UX team to deliver user-friendly, on-brand creative assets for our app.

●     Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and bring fresh perspectives to the table.

●     Maintain and evolve visual brand consistency across all channels.

●     AI-Driven Design Exploration: Use AI-powered tools to streamline adaptation processes, allowing more focus on creative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

●     Creative and resourceful, with a willingness to explore and experiment.

●     Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)

●     Skilled in creating 3D digital assets using tools like Blender, Cinema 4D,or similar.

●     Comfortable working across 2D, 3D, and motion design. (you don’t need to master all, just be open to explore)

●     Experience working with mobile app developers is a plus.

●     Strong visual storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and solid design fundamentals.

●     Positive mindset and attitude, team spirit, and clear communication skills.

●     Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience We’d Like You to Have:

●     While we’re open to different backgrounds, we’re ideally looking for someone with: 3-5 years designing and producing 3D digital assets using tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.

●     3-5 years creating motion graphics and animations with After Effects or equivalent software.

●     Experience working across illustration, 2D, 3D, and motion design projects.

●     Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing / product).

●     Experience working alongside mobile app developers to deliver optimized creative assets is a plus.

●     Familiar with Figma is a plus.

●     Experience working in a fast-moving or startup-like environment is a plus.

●     Familiarity with using AI tools or interest in learning them is a plus.
