О позиции:
Открыта ключевая управленческая роль с широкой зоной ответственности за финансовый контроль, операционную эффективность и координацию бизнес-процессов.

Позиция предполагает прямое взаимодействие с топ-менеджментом и реальное влияние на работу всех функций компании.

Зоны ответственности:
— Финансовый контроль и бюджетирование
— Налоговое администрирование
— Контроль договорной и юридической документации
— Управление проектами и внутренними инициативами
— Координация работы различных подразделений
— Подготовка управленческой отчётности для руководства

Команда:
— В прямом подчинении: 4 сотрудника
— Плотное кросс-функциональное взаимодействие с ключевыми департаментами

Требования:
— Опыт на управленческих позициях (Manager / Senior Manager / Head)
— Опыт в Big4 / консалтинге / финансовом контроле будет преимуществом
— Сильное понимание финансов, бюджетирования и бизнес-процессов
— Опыт управления проектами и взаимодействия с разными функциями
— Английский язык — Upper-Intermediate и выше
— Продвинутый уровень Excel

Будет плюсом:
— Опыт в heavy machinery / mining / industrial
— Участие в трансформационных проектах
