Описание

Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone communications
  • organization of meetings/visits, coordinating with governmental authorities, visa/tickets/hotel arrangments
  • coordinating Embassy events, meetings, receptions,etc.
  • providing key administrative support
  • Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Qualification/Education (Bachelor/Master degree)
  • Proficiency in Russian, Kazakh, English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an asset
  • Communication, administrative and computer skills.
  • Candidates having relevant experience will be preferred.
