Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work directly with clients at all levels to guide complex projects and deliver innovative solutions. Lead business process re-engineering initiatives and drive technology enablement. Build and maintain trusted client relationships that extend beyond project delivery. Apply expertise in human capital management processes and SAP SuccessFactors to achieve business objectives. Facilitate solution architecture workshops to gather and define functional requirements. Configure and implement SuccessFactors solutions aligned with client needs. Provide leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior consultants and client teams, including end-user training and best practices.Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
