You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.
How you will contribute
You will be responsible for:
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & BUDGET OVERSIGHT:
Manage the operational budget for the System, tracking expenditures against approved allocation;Process and validate invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents related to the System;Ensure timely and accurate payments as per Contracts concluded.MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT:
Coordinate and initiate Master Data changes in the System: Products and Brands, Stores, Routes, Users, Tasks, Surveys and Targets (in Self-Service function and JIRA);Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all relevant master data, collaborating closely with Marketing, Perfect Store and Field Sales teams.PERFORMANCE MONITORING;
Monitor the performance of the System, tracking key metrics such as collection, quality, accuracy, user adoption and SLA.BUSINESS PROCESS OPTIMIZATION AND MANAGEMENT:
Act as the System expert for the whole organization (clear and full understanding of the System features).Develop and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOP-s) and best practices for sales teams utilizing the System;Translate business needs from sales teams into functional requirements for potential System enhancements or configurations (Change Requests);Coordinate Data Integration: define integration process, stakeholders, create and agree an action plan, ensure all data availability for integration.OPERATIONAL SUPPORT:
Track and trace correctness of processes in the System and performance in general, enhance workflow and operational efficiency;Serve as the primary internal contact for sales teams’ inquiries, issues, and feedback related to the System;Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues to Vendor support as needed, ensuring timely resolution.More about this role

University Degree, preferably in Technical sciencesJob specific requirements:
Ability to work with large data sets, analytical mindset, goal oriented. Excellent level of MS Office, particularly the possession of MS Excel / Power Point.Project Management Skills with examples of Projects participated. Familiarity with software development processes, experience in working with cross-functional teams and in Agile methodology.Experience in creation of new business processes using tools such as BPMN , Confluence is preferable.Advanced EnglishRelocation Support Available?
