The Role:

• Working closely with EES Global Electrification Leads, Marketing Managers and Global Product managers to ensure the success of the EES business in the region.
• Support the EES PC and CC meetings as required
• Working with Global electrification leads on project plans for product launches.
• Education of CC personnel on EES products ie chargers, batteries etc.
• Working with Divisions on readiness training for electrification.
• Work with portfolio managers for field trial planning and reporting.
• Resource for EES product managers for field performance and application of products at the customers.
• Help customers understand needs. 
• Assist with the forecasting Sales Requirement Prognosis (SRP) process for portfolio.
• Responsible for working with the portfolio team to report progress, gaps and recommended actions regarding product.
• Continuously seek improvements in efficiency and profitability
• Contract management for existing contracts ensuring repetitive business
• Supply chain support, including stock management

• Ability to work independently or as integrated team member, as the situation requires.

• Strong written and verbal communications; fluency in English and Russian, additional languages as an asset
• Solid application and technical knowledge
• Solid experience from the mining and construction industry/equipment
• Good comprehension of basic and intermediary financial statements and calculations
