Описание

Обязанности:
  • Развитие канала и стандартов: Внедрение стандартов работы в DS(Traditional trade), контроль планов по охвату и объему продаж, а также управление партнерской программой на территориях.
  • Аналитическая консолидация: Сбор и интеграция данных из различных источников для синхронизации аналитики с ключевыми целями департамента продаж.
  • Оптимизация бизнес-процессов: Мониторинг эффективности канала, инициация изменений для улучшения клиентского опыта и планомерное снижение операционных издержек.
  • Кросс-функциональное взаимодействие: Тесная работа с продажами и маркетингом для выравнивания аналитической базы и стратегии продвижения с целями компании.
  • Полевой аудит и ROI: Оценка эффективности локальных активностей в точках и контроль соблюдения стандартов представленности бренда.
Требования:
  • Опыт: От 3-х лет в FMCG на позициях Channel Development, Trade Marketing или Sales Analytics.
  • Аналитический стек: Продвинутый опыт работы с данными (Excel,1C УТ и ERP, JIRA/BiTOOL), умение рассчитывать P&L и ROI промо-активностей.
  • Экспертиза: Глубокое понимание специфики канала традиционной розницы и прямых продаж.
  • Навыки: Умение аргументированно защищать свои рекомендации перед руководством и смежными отделами.
