Key Responsibilities:

• Control and monitor project total cost, including verification of invoices and claims.
• Prepare project budget, forecasts, cash flow.
• Monitor project progress and identify deviations from approved cost and schedule.
• Validate and assess contractor/supplier claims in coordination with contracts team.
• Prepare cost reports and ensure accurate cost coding and allocations.
• Coordinate with operations and site teams for cost control inputs.
• Provide regular updates and financial reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in cost control/project control
• Experience in EPC, construction, or industrial projects preferred
• Proficient in ERP systems, Excel
• Advanced level of English / Russian / Kazakh
