A leading international technology company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in the Telecom & Data Center market across the CIS region.
This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the company’s presence within the data center and telecom infrastructure segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies to grow the telecom data center segment within the Telecom Infrastructure Business Unit
Identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and manage key accounts
Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams on proposal development
Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Deliver tailored solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adapting strategy accordingly
Represent the company at industry events and industry conferences
Collaborate across international, cross-functional teams
5–10 years in B2B sales in telecom and/or data center industry
Proven experience in deal negotiation, proposal development, and strategic partnerships
Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Strong understanding of telecom and data center markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience in solution selling and consultative sales approach
Solid technical understanding of infrastructure and industry challenges
Valid driving license
Willingness to travel up to 70%
