Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for a Strategy Consultant position to join our Management Consulting team based in Almaty covering East Europe region. IQVIA Consulting represents exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic and rapidly evolving pharma industry and make a real impact in the lives of patients.
The Strategy Consultant will help us drive the success of our clients by utilizing various sources of data ranging from detailed patient level analysis to primary intelligence, drive healthcare forward e.g. via launch support strategy, Loss of Exclusivity, commercial excellence, acquisitions, supply management or patient journey and many more various strategic projects in the pharma industry.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements and develop tailored proposals and solutions
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses
Design and deliver presentations that effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences
Develop and present comprehensive client deliverables
Continuously enhance your knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through engagements and learning opportunities
Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies, payers, hospitals, governments, and healthcare professionals to provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
5 years+ experience in consulting, healthcare knowledge will be an advantage
Strong English, Russian and Kazakh language knowledge
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
In-depth understanding of business processes and their interactions
Proficiency in consulting methods, tools, and techniques
Awareness of industry trends and developments
Excellent time management skills
