Описание

Обязанности:
  • Демонстрирует понимание постоянно усложняющихся юридических вопросов, обсуждает юридические вопросы средней сложности с членами рабочей группы и руководством клиента, следит за последними событиями в области законодательства и активно использует знание законодательства при работе с клиентами.
  • В ясной и логичной форме документально отражает все работы по юридическим вопросам для их последующего анализа другими работниками. Может осуществлять первичную проверку отдельных юридических документов.
  • Тщательно и точно анализирует информацию; разрабатывает практичные и творческие решения проблем клиентов; по результатам работы делает обоснованные выводы, рекомендации и предложения по их реализации и принимает эффективные решения по сложным экспертным вопросам, при необходимости советуясь с коллегами.
  • Оформляет рабочую документацию, составляет служебные записки, готовит проекты клиентской корреспонденции, заключения по юридическим вопросам и отчеты о проектах.
Требования:
  • Высшее юридическое образование
  • Опыт работы в юридической фирме/отделе или аналогичный опыт работы в бизнесе/отрасли в течение 3-4 лет
  • Знание английского языка выше уровня upper-intermediate.
