О компании
Door2Door — операционный бизнес в сфере международной логистики и таможенного сопровождения. Компания также развивает цифровой продукт HScan, направленный на автоматизацию логистических и таможенных процессов на основе реальных операционных кейсов.

Мы ищем Operations Lead / Business Operations Manager, который будет работать напрямую с основателем компании и участвовать в построении и масштабировании бизнеса. Это стартовая управленческая роль для кандидатов с амбициями развития.

Обязанности
  • Участие в ежедневной операционной деятельности компании
  • Работа с клиентскими запросами и кейсами (логистика, таможня, процессы)
  • Участие в выстраивании и оптимизации бизнес-процессов
  • Взаимодействие с клиентами и поддержка продаж
  • Участие в запуске и сопровождении обучающих программ
  • Постепенное принятие управленческой ответственности за направления и процессы

Требования
  • Опыт работы в операционном управлении, логистике, supply chain, project management или смежных областях от 2 лет
  • Системное мышление и ориентация на результат
  • Готовность работать в стартап-среде и брать ответственность
  • Желание профессионального роста до управленческой / исполнительной роли
  • Навыки делового общения и работы с информацией
  • Будет плюсом: опыт в международной логистике или ВЭД
  • Опыт работы в стартапах или небольших командах
