Описание

Kaspi B2B — мы создаём экосистему для бизнеса, где компании могут находить надёжных партнёров, управлять заказами и развивать свои продажи в цифровой среде.

Обязанности:

  • Обработка заказов B2B.
  • Анализ данных по продажам: количество активных клиентов, конверсия, повторные заказы, GMV.
  • Коммуникация с командами поддержки, аналитики, продукта и логистики.
  • Сбор и анализ обратной связи от клиентов.
  • Внесение предложений для улучшение продукта и ключевых метрик для увеличения продаж.
Мы ожидаем от Вас:
  • Опыт работы в сфере Sales Operations
  • Опыт работы в продажах или клиентской поддержке (B2B/B2C) будет плюсом
  • Уверенное владение Excel/Google sheets
  • Коммуникабельность, самостоятельность и дисциплина.
  • Проактивность, умение находить подход к разным людям и работать в динамичной среде, вовлечённость в продукт
