Твои задачи:

  • Принимать и оформлять заказы на месте
  • Оперативно отвечать на обращения и вопросы клиентов, в том числе из регионов
  • Решать стандартные и нестандартные ситуации, связанные с обслуживанием клиентов
  • Поддерживать высокий уровень сервиса и позитивную атмосферу

  • Готовность учиться и развиваться в сфере клиентского сервиса
  • Доброжелательность, коммуникабельность, умение слушать и слышать
  • Внимательность к деталям и ответственность
  • Грамотная устная и письменная речь
  • Владение ПК на базовом уровне (обучим всему необходимому)
  • Опыт работы не требуется — всему научим!
