Описание

Обязанности:
  • Организация и контроль работы пунктов выдачи заказов (ПВЗ)
  • Обработка и сопровождение заказов: приемка, выдача, возвраты
  • Взаимодействие с курьерскими службами и маркетплейсами
  • Контроль соблюдения стандартов сервиса и операционных процессов в ПВЗ
  • Работа с клиентскими обращениями, жалобами и предложениями
  • Анализ показателей эффективности ПВЗ и подготовка отчетности
  • Разработка и внедрение корректирующих мероприятий для повышения качества сервиса и операционной эффективности

Требования:

  • Понимание логистических процессов и структуры онлайн-продаж
  • Опыт работы с ПВЗ, маркетплейсами или в e-commerce будет преимуществом
  • Навыки работы с CRM-системами и личными кабинетами маркетплейсов
  • Уверенный пользователь ПК и офисных программ (MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • Грамотная устная и письменная речь

Дополнительные навыки (полезны):

  • Опыт управления персоналом или координации смен
  • Навыки работы с отчетами и аналитикой (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Базовые знания складского учета
  • Опыт взаимодействия с клиентами в сервисных ролях
Личные качества:
  • Ответственность и внимательность к деталям
  • Самостоятельность и умение принимать решения
  • Стрессоустойчивость и умение работать с большим потоком клиентов
  • Коммуникабельность и ориентация на высокий уровень сервиса
  • Готовность работать в режиме многозадачности
Образование:
  • Высшее или средне-специальное образование (рассматриваются также недавние выпускники)
