YOUR MISSION
You will drive growth and operational excellence for top restaurants by leveraging data insights, optimizing performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance partnerships.
THE JOURNEY
Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including leading co-marketing efforts, confirming promotional and visibility plans, ensuring operational excellence, etc. Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM. Tracking and reporting of performance metrics. Lead contract renegotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties. Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvements. Handle regular business reviews meetings with restaurant Partners, presenting data and insights in a compelling way.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
3+ years of experience in Account Management, and/or Business Consultant Analytical mindset Ability to synthesize complex data and strategic insights into high-impact presentations Problem solver, look for the root-cause of the problem and go for it till make things happen Fluent in English and Kazakh / Russian (any other local languages are a plus). Customer obsession Proactive, organized, with high attention to detailIndividuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
