Requirements: University degree 4-6 years’ experience on managerial positions in mining industry with one of major equipment manufacturer. Experience as key account manager Ability to build relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Excellent communication, interpersonal and leading skills Fluency in written and spoken Russian and English languages Skill in organization, time management, prioritization Strong team player who can work across multiple functions and disciplines Readiness for business trips in Kazakhstan and abroad (up to 50%) Responsibilities: Develop trust relationships with key customers in order to provide high-quality service and production solutions Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements Forecast respective business plans, sales volume, gross profit, sales Develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy of the products in collaboration with a management team and a global sales team. Coordinate needed resources (sales and service engineers, etc), ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner Liaising with the global team and information exchange (i.g.
