Responsibilities:
- Participation in planning, monitoring and evaluation processes;
- Developing and implementing office projects within the framework of the Fund's Central Asia programme;
- working with the Fund's partner organisations and experts (content, organisational and financial aspects); accompanying the realisation of partner projects funded by RLS CA
- participating in the organisation of events;
- project documentation;
- participating in the organisation of public relations work;
- performing office tasks.
Requirements:
- higher education in the humanities;
- at least 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in cooperation with non-governmental organisations, social movements and other civil society actors, research institutes, administrations and government agencies;
- ability to work with experts/authors;
- ability to independently write texts on our programme topics;
- experience in international cooperation (experience working abroad is welcome);
- interest in public and social issues;
- commitment to fundamental values such as solidarity, social justice, equality, self-education and dialogue;
- knowledge of and agreement with the fundamental values, goals and objectives of the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation;
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- willingness to take on responsibility;
- well-developed social, communication and organisational skills;
- excellent knowledge of Kazakh and Russian;
- good knowledge of English;
- knowledge of German is desirable;
- public relations and media skills are desirable;
- willingness to go on business trips.
