In this role, you will lead high-impact projects, work with different teams, and implement solutions that drive technological advancements. Ideal candidates are adept at navigating fast-paced environments, prioritizing effectively, and executing large-scale projects with precision.
Your ultimate goal is to create high-quality products that meet customer needs and closing projects is main responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the on-budget, on-time execution of multi-stream projects
Track and report project KPIs, including evolving KPIs, to support requirements and manage risks
Report status and escalate blocking issues in a timely manner to project board
Monitor and maintain high client satisfaction scores, including actively seeking regular feedback from users
Support pre-sales for scoping and estimation of new project work
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Demonstrated Project Management core skills including backlog management, communication planning, roadmap planning and tracking, estimation, risk management, facilitation, scheduling & budgeting, and quality management
Strong communicator able to adapt message to your audience
Strong negotiation skills able to identify key interests and find mutually beneficial solutions
Client-centric mentality with demonstrated ability to identify and set priorities for your teams based on client business priorities
Ability to delegate and monitor results of decision-making within your teams
Experience in managing engagements of 20+ people
Stay up to date and have first experience applying Generative AI
