Tasks

  • Greeting and welcoming office visitors
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Coordinating courier deliveries and other external services
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the office
  • Supporting employees with administrative tasks (ordering office supplies, booking meeting rooms, etc.)
  • Performing tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a multitasking environment
  • Confident use of PC and office equipment
