Minimum 8–9 years of experience in the tax field
Manager level is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
Strong experience in tax accounting and reporting for large taxpayers
Knowledge of VAT refund procedures and tax structuring
Proficiency in Oracle ERP, SAP, or 1C, as well as MS Office applications
Professional certification such as Tax Advisor of the Republic of Kazakhstan or Professional Accountant of the Republic of Kazakhstan is required
ACCA qualification will be considered an advantage
Oversee and manage all aspects of tax accounting and tax reporting
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tax declarations and related documentation
Maintain effective communication with governmental bodies, including the State Revenue Committee, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of National Economy, and Ministry of Transport
Lead and coordinate the team of tax specialists, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations
Support management in tax planning, structuring, and optimization initiatives
