Responsibilities:
Process payroll calculations, including salaries, vacations, sick leaves, and social benefits;
Verify the accuracy of time sheets and attendance records;
Enter payroll data into the SAP system;
Ensure correct tax deductions and social contributions;
Execute payments (salary, severance, alimony, taxes, and other deductions);
Prepare payroll-related certificates and reports;
Provide consultations to employees on payroll matters.
Requirements:
Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Higher education in Finance, Economics, or Accounting;
At least 2 years of experience in payroll or accounting;
Knowledge of the Labor Code and Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Experience with SAP is an advantage;
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);
Fluency in Kazakh and Russian languages is mandatory;
Intermediate level of English.
