Описание

Обязанности:
  • Анализ ассортимента и конкурентной среды – мониторинг рыночных показателей;
  • Определение KPI – доля рынка, приоритетные SKU, видимость и размещение продукции;
  • Разработку планограмм для розничной среды – максимизация визуального присутствия и увеличение ротации продукта;
  • Запуск новых продуктов и сезонного ассортимента – определение каналов продаж, целевые показатели продаж, ротации и дистрибуции;
  • Оценку эффективности реализации категорийных проектов - готовить отчеты с выводами и конкретными предложениями по оптимизации;
  • Взаимодействие с внешними агентствами - формирование технического задания, анкет для ритейл-мониторинга, контроль сбора и качества данных, а также анализ результатов;
  • Кросс-функциональное взаимодействие - презентации проектов, таргеты и рекомендации, обоснованные решения на основе данных и защита предложенных инициатив.
Требования:
  • Релевантный опыт работы в FMCG компаниях (желательно);
  • Уверенный пользователь MS Excel;
  • Опыт работы с Nielsen/Gfk;
  • Развитые аналитические и коммуникативные способности;
  • Способность к стратегическому планированию, умение работать в многозадачном режиме и принимать решения на основе данных;
  • Ориентированность на результат и способность работать в команде.
