Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis to identify business and employee development needs

• Support the preparation and execution of the annual L&D plan and budget

• Help evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training activities

• Coordinate with external suppliers delivering training services

• Assist in the administration of L&D activities

• Support coordination of the L&D process across relevant clusters or departments

Knowledge and Skills:

Higher education (in progress or completed)

Strong desire to grow and develop in the L&D field

Good communication skills

Team player, result oriented, and eager to learn

Stress resistant with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results

English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to develop analytical skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Interest or willingness to gain experience in soft skills training delivery is an advantage
