We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI-hub development team. AI-hub is an innovative AI platform designed to be your team’s entry point to Generative AI, offering a natural language interface that seamlessly integrates with your existing knowledge and applications. With AI-hub, you can build tailored AI Agents, search for documents, browse the web, and more – all in one place. AI-hub builds a knowledge index using LLM-native techniques. Powered with contextual retrieval, advanced RAG, hybrid search, and AI-generated knowledge graphs, AI-hub ensures the most relevant results and the least hallucinations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a robust and scalable AI solution architecture to support efficient search features, leveraging various organizational information sources.
• Optimize the performance and scalability of machine learning models, ensuring they can handle the diverse tasks within the organization.
• Train, fine-tune, and improve existing models, and create pipelines for feedback loops to continuously enhance model accuracy and relevance.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our ML infrastructure and tooling, ensuring that we stay at the cutting edge of industry practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to improve AI-hub capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure the quality and maintainability of our codebase.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and information retrieval.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with building and deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with data processing frameworks such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with search technologies such as Elasticsearch or Vespa.
• Familiarity with Generative AI techniques, including LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering, W&B, neptune.ai, ML Flow, Vertex AI or similar.
• Experience with knowledge graphs and semantic technologies.
