Role/ Job Purpose: The Employee is a member of the Information Technologies Department. It is a full-time role.
The Employee is responsible and accountable for AIX daily technical operations and IT infrastructure support for AIX provided services on a business day at 9 AM – 6 PM (Monday - Friday). This includes application deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting (incident tracking and resolution), managing incidents for both internal and external customers and maintaining operational documentation and procedures.
