About the job
Become the champion for our clients' success! As a Support Engineer, you'll be the key to unlocking the full potential of our products for their unique needs. Through an in-depth understanding of their processes, product capabilities, and integrated systems, you'll be the trusted advisor guiding them toward smooth adoption and maximized value.
Our primary support channel is email, with phone calls and screen-sharing sessions available for very complex issues.

Each applicant is required to complete a test task as part of the application process. Upon successful hiring, you will be compensated for the time spent, equivalent to a full working day.

Ты станешь человеком, который помогает клиентам разобраться с нашими продуктами и получать от них максимум пользы. Твоя задача — понять, что именно нужно клиентам, показать, как использовать наши решения, и поддерживать их на всех этапах. Основной канал общения — письма, но иногда бывают звонки и демонстрация экрана, чтобы разобраться в сложных ситуациях.

Базовые знания JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Vue и jQuery
Опыт работы с SharePoint и Microsoft 365 будет плюсом
