About this Position

Компания Henkel в поисках Стажера Отдела Торгового Маркетинга (Trade Marketing Intern) в г. Алматы, Казахстан. 

What you´ll do

  • Подготовка регулярной отчетности по дистрибьюции в соответствии с процессами компании.
  • Подготовка отчетности для оценки проведенных трейд-маркетинг активностей (ROI, отчеты по продажам, затраты и пр.).
  • Ведение и контроль бюджета трейд-маркетинга, в том числе отслеживание затрат по проектам.
  • Подготовка, создание и своевременное закрытие заявок на расходование средств PO (Purchase Order).
  • Архивация и контроль корректности сопроводительной документации по проектам.
  • Участие в разработке/адаптации дизайн-макетов POSM (рекламных) материалов: взаимодействие с дизайнерами, согласование с бренд-маркетинг командой.
  • Коммуникация с бренд-командой, отделом продаж и торговой командой.
  • Коммуникация с поставщиками.
  • Контроль производства, логистики и размещения POSM материалов в торговых точках по регионам.
  • Мониторинг эффективности размещения POSM в торговых точках по регионам.
  • Проведение аудитов на точках продаж (стор-чеки): проверка корректности размещения рекламных материалов.
  • Сбор информации по активности конкурентов.
  • Подготовка отчётов по результатам визитов стор-чеков.
  • Ведение учёта и своевременное списание POSM материалов и промо-инвентаря с маркетинговых складов.
  • Подготовка ежемесячных промо-презентаций для отдела продаж (торговых команд).
