What do we expect you to do?

• Communicate with internal clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
• Define job description and document specifications
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Conduct interviews
• Follow-up references and check credits
• Present shortlisted candidates
• Present detailed candidate profile summaries
• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
• Make job offers and negotiate salaries
• Onboard new employees and help them acclimate to the company

What will you bring along?

• Min 1 year of experience in recruiting or similar HR role
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
• Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
• Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
• Min 1 year of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
• Intermediate English
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• BS degree from a well-known university
