Описание

Обязанности:
  • Инициация и реализация собственных культурных мероприятий и проектов ТМ GORILLA;
  • Составлять, защищать и контролировать исполнение бюджета разработанных мероприятий;
  • Формировать и координировать команды амбассадоров бренда в сфере культуры, включая музыкальных исполнителей, диджеев, художников и других представителей культуры;
  • Вести базы амбассадоров, регулярную коммуникацию, брифинг, координацию;
  • Проводить анализ базы амбассадоров, конкурентный анализ, анализ активностей конкурентов в аналогичной среде, а также трендов в направлениях культуры по концепции бренда;
  • Разрабатывать и реализовывать проекты креативных пространств, объединяющих творческие инициативы и представителей культуры, в рамках утвержденной концепции бренда;
  • Организовывать и проводить презентации продукта, культурные мероприятия, направленные на продвижение бренда и его амбассадоров в культурной медиасреде;
  • Взаимодействовать с партнёрами, медиа и сообществами для расширения влияния бренда в культурной индустрии по платформам бренда;
  • Выявлять перспективных артистов и представителей культуры, организовывать их интеграцию в бренд и продвигать на локальном и международном уровнях.
Требования:
  • Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции/в аналогичной сфере;
  • Анализа и медиа планирования;
  • Организации Culture-мероприятий;
  • Отслеживания последних трендов в сфере маркетинга;
  • Ведения эффективных переговоров;
  • Анализа и отслеживания современных культурных, социальных и медийных трендов, умение адаптировать их под специфику деятельности Компании;
  • Знание английского языка на уровне чтения отчетов и составления кратких выводов — приветствуется.
