Native English Teacher (Full-Time, Astana)

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Native English Teacher to join our growing team in Astana. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for teachers who are passionate about language education and committed to helping students achieve outstanding results in English and IELTS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct General English and IELTS preparation classes for teenagers and adults (12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.)

• Coordinate the IELTS Booster Club (6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.), providing students with feedback, guidance, and targeted support across all IELTS skills

• Monitor student progress and maintain high academic standards

• Participate in internal training sessions and contribute to academic development

• Create a motivating and engaging classroom environment

Schedule:

• Working hours: 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

• Lunch break: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

• Day off: Saturday-Sunday

Requirements:

• Native English speaker

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Linguistics, or related field)

• Teaching certificate (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent)

• Experience teaching IELTS and/or General English preferred

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
