Preparation of documents and information provided to new and existing counterparties; conducting KYC procedures with counterparty banks and other partners.
Disclosure of information on platforms such as the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, AIX, DFO, and Central Depository (in accordance with listing requirements, membership rules, and regulatory acts governing information disclosure).
Organization and facilitation of rating discussions, including data collection and preparation.
Participation in drafting contract/agreement terms and internal bank documents related to the Treasury Department’s activities.
Coordination, conclusion, and support of agreements and contracts necessary for operations in the money and securities markets.
Collaboration with the Middle Office regarding the payment of commission expenses arising from concluded agreements.
Opening, maintaining, and closing correspondent accounts (full cycle); joint updating of internal documents with the currency payments management team.
Organization of registration and listing of the bank’s bonds (full cycle); issuance of bonds in KZT and USD.
Attraction and servicing of interbank loans (full cycle), including processing all monitoring requests from counterparties regarding the bank’s financial condition.
Interaction with the Compliance Department in conducting KYC procedures with existing and potential counterparties and responding to their requests.
Organizing meetings and events aimed at maintaining existing and building future business relationships with counterparties.
Coordination with the Financial Risk Department in establishing and monitoring limits for treasury operations in favor of counterparties.
Monthly distribution of financial reports to counterparties under concluded agreements.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in banking, with strong expertise in Financial Institutions, Correspondent Banking, or International Markets.
Proven leadership or managerial experience, ideally as a team leader or senior relationship manager.
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships with international and domestic banks, financial institutions, and regulators.
Experience with KYC/AML procedures, onboarding counterparties, and managing compliance requirements.
Solid knowledge of treasury products including FX, money market, trade finance, custody, clearing, and settlement.
