WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON Transaction monitoring: track payment flows in real time, detect suspicious or fraudulent activity, and escalate incidents when needed.
Provider activity monitoring: oversee payment providers’ performance, quickly identify service outages or degradation, and coordinate timely responses.
Limit monitoring: control transaction and volume limits to prevent breaches or excessive exposure.
Alert management for new merchants/solutions: configure and react to alerts during the onboarding of new merchants or the launch of new payment methods.
Incident management: allocate responsibility when providers are down, calculate potential losses, and escalate critical cases.
Disabling methods/acquirers: execute requests to disable payment methods or acquirers from Risk/Compliance/Operations teams.
Refund processing: perform refunds upon requests from merchants or internal departments.
User documentation requests: collect and verify user documents for chargebacks, KYC, or fraud investigations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Previous experience in customer support, client services, risk, or monitoring is a strong plus Experience in fintech is a significant advantage Fluent Russian and good English (B2 or higher) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make fast, effective decisions under pressure.
High sense of responsibility and attention to detail when working with large data sets and transaction flows.
