Описание

Обязанности:

  • Полный цикл бухгалтерского учета и обработка бухгалтерских документов

  • Выставление и проведение счетов на продажу и покупку, платежей и банковских операций

  • Сверка покупок, продаж и платежей

  • Подготовка отчетов о движении денежных средств и предложений по оплатам

  • Ведение отчетов по дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности

  • Обновление данных поставщиков и клиентов в ERP-системе

  • Подготовка и подача налоговой отчетности, включая НДС

  • Подготовка статистической и регуляторной отчетности (BNB, DIND и др.)

  • Подготовка внутренних и внешних операционных/разовых отчетов

  • Сверка бухгалтерских данных с данными о продажах из Salesforce CRM

  • Ежемесячное и годовое закрытие; подача отчетов в головной офис и государственные органы

Требования:

  • Высшее образование в области бухгалтерии/финансов

  • Знание налогового и бухгалтерского законодательства

  • Хорошее знание английского языка (устного и письменного)

  • Уверенные навыки работы в Excel (VLOOKUP, сводные таблицы и т. д.)

  • Опыт работы с ERP-системами приветствуется
