Online Chat Support Agent (Remote, English Required)
We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Online Chat Support Agent to join our fully remote team. Your role will be to provide high-quality customer support in English via online chat, following our internal processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer support via online chat in English
Follow internal guidelines, processes, and quality standards
Help users resolve their issues and navigate services or products
Our Ideal Candidate:
Has at least Intermediate (B1+) level of English
Eager to learn and grow within the company
Has a laptop or desktop computer and a high-speed internet connection
Responsible, punctual, and motivated to work in a team
Salary and Conditions:
Training is paid (after passing a test with at least 80% correct answers and completing 6 solo shifts)
Trial period pay: $2/hour (based on hours worked)
After the trial period:
Base pay: $400/month for 15 shifts (12 hours each)
Bonus: up to $160/month (based on performance, work quality, and experience)
Average monthly salary: $500
Salary paid twice a month: $200 advance + balance
Work Schedule:
2/2 shift schedule, 12-hour shifts
Day shifts: 08:00–20:00 or 10:00–22:00 (assigned during onboarding)
Night shifts: 20:00–08:00
