Build and maintain strong connection with Member leaders: organize and attend S&P meetings, provide business metrics, support regional and city development plans, conduct one-to-one sessions.
Manage the full cycle of local events: planning, budgeting, forecasting, vendor negotiations, logistics, and post-event reporting.
Support and participate in corporate events and ensure ethical and strategic alignment of event agendas.
Monitor promotions and provide analytical reports; localize and adapt promotional materials to meet regional needs (timing, language, content).
Work with agencies: manage tenders, contracts, and assess effectiveness of local events and promotions.
Provide operational and organizational support during business initiatives and project launches, coordinating between Members, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Fluent in Russian and Kazakh, English – Upper Intermediate or higher.
College or University degree desirable.
Previous experience in a sales, client service or event management environment highly desirable.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets, coordinate multiple projects, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
