Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and Execute PPC Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
• Budget Management & Scaling: Hands-on management and scaling of significant PPC budgets ($50,000 USD/month or more) to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
• Conversion Tracking & Optimization: Implement, manage, and debug advanced conversion tracking solutions, including event setup in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA), Meta Pixel, and other relevant tracking platforms.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and CVR. Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve efficiency, drive user acquisition, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
• Market & Competitor Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitor strategies, and stay ahead of industry trends in the iGaming sector.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members and departments to ensure integrated strategies and consistent brand messaging.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming digital advertising or equivalent verticals.
• Proven track record in performance marketing across Meta and Google; Bing Ads knowledge is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience managing and scaling PPC budgets of $50,000 USD/month or more.
• Advanced knowledge in conversion tracking, including event setup and debugging in GTM, GA, Meta Pixel, and other tracking platforms.
• Excellent understanding of key metrics: CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR, etc.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills—must be comfortable interpreting performance data and translating it into actionable strategies.
• Advanced English is a must
