As a Senior People Services Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our international People Services team, supporting employees and managers across Kazakhstan. You’ll provide high-quality, consistent support across the employee lifecycle—ensuring every interaction reflects Haleon’s values of care, courage, and doing the right thing.

Responsibilities:

This role offers you the opportunity to grow your capabilities while making a real impact. Key responsibilities include:

Acting as thefirst point of contactfor HR-related queries from employees and managers in Kazakhstan.Providingend-to-end supportacross the employee lifecycle: onboarding, leave of absence, benefits, internal moves, and terminations.Maintaining accurate employee records inWorkdayand ensuring data integrity for payroll and benefits processing.Supportingcontract changes, generating HR documentation, and ensuring proper archiving.Offeringadvisory supporton HR policies and procedures, promoting self-service and knowledge hub usage.Collaborating with HR Business Partners, global teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Haleon’s internal policies.Leading or supporting HR-related projects, including planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Applyingproject management principlesto drive operational excellence and support change initiatives within the People Services function.Contributing tocontinuous improvementby identifying opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.Experience in HR operations or shared services.Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.Fluency inEnglish, Kazakh and Russian.Experience with HR systems - preferred Workday,ServiceNow, and1Csystems.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with integrity.Experience inproject coordination or project managementwithin an HR or service delivery environment.A growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
