Сбор информации для оценки рынка лекарственных средств на закрепленной территории, включая, но не ограничиваясь:
мониторинг текущего состояния казахстанского фармацевтического рынка,
мониторинг конкурентной среды
анализ и выявление наилучшей стратегии продвижения в отношении медицинских препаратов компании;
проведение маркетинговых исследований;
обработка информации от дистрибьюторских компаний; проверка и составление отчетов.
Разработка, защита и внедрение маркетинговой стратегии и тактики продвижения продуктов компании
Осуществление поддержки мероприятий по повышению осведомленности о медицинских препаратах и их продвижению, в т.ч.:
проведение обучающих тренингов для сотрудников
разработка и внедрение маркетинговых материалов (презентации, промоционные материалы, стенды, др.);
организация и участие в специальных мероприятиях по продвижению медицинских препаратов, включая конференции, круглые столы, выставки и т.п.;
развитие партнёрских отношений с КОЛами
Участие в процессах бюджетного планирования, касательно реализации маркетингового плана
Контроль расходования бюджета и отчетность на ежемесячной основе.
Требования:
Высшее образование в медицине или смежных областях (фармация, биологическое, химическое и др.), или другое образование при условии наличия опыта работы в фармацевтической компании на аналогичной позиции не менее 3х
Знание основ маркетинга.
Английский на уровне достаточном для общения, переписки, ведения документации.
Работа в MS Office: Word, Excel (на уровне продвинутого пользователя, создание сводных таблиц), Power Point, Outlook.
