2.2. Issues tasks and checks their implementation. 

2.3. Supervises the technological processes of work 

2.4. Checks the work of the laboratory of non-destructive testing (hereinafter NDT) of the construction contractor, radiographic films for each of the joints for their completeness, quality, actual compliance with the welded joint and NDT conclusions 

2.5. Conducts a redundant NDT of welded joints of the main oil pipeline in accordance with the requirements of design and permits, regulatory documents and the terms of the Agreement on behalf of the Company, drawn up in the form of an official letter to the Contractor
