About the role:
Accountable in ECANA PCV for the complete service offering across the lifecycle of products within the Mining Industry, including: Service Line offering portfolio, tools & reporting. Assists with go to market strategy for services in collaboration with regional teams. Supports Services content (specs, & portal requirements etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
Closely coordinates and collaborates with Site Account Manager when applicable
Responsible for growing PC&V install base for their assigned sites through:
Conversions
Rebuild programs
Winning site upgrade/expansions
Must be technically able to:
Size and select PC&V equipment
Identify problems on site with pump and cyclone systems (Process/System knowledge)
Understand basic wear patterns
Know how each process variable effects the system
Up to date and in-depth knowledge of entire PC&V offering
Implement optimizations of pump and cyclone systems
Convey product benefits and value propositions
Provide installation, start up, and rebuild supervision and guidance
Work with customers to ensure inventory levels on site and at FLS stocking centers are correct
Work with PC&V Site Support Engineer to maintain strong relationship with site personnel to maintain aftermarket business and identify new opportunities Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including other who may be affected by the company’s operational activities.
What you bring:
Three to five years of relevant hands-on experience with mineral processing plant operations, preferably within milling/grinding, gravity concentration, cyanide leaching and flotation circuits. Demonstrated experience with continuous in-plant process optimization, productivity improvements and/or enhancements.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings, technical procedures and applicable local government regulations.
Up to 35% travel, both domestic and international, will be required.
Fluent English skills are required.
